Skin Rejuvenation

Skin Rejuvenation is a light treatment for the skin commonly used for redness (rosacea), broken blood vessels, melsama, freckles and dark patches on the skin. Skin Beautiful Medical Spa uses the Palomar® Starlux to deliver this treatment.

Depending on the skin problem being treated, the light therapy will target blood vessels or melanocytes (pigment containing cells in the skin). The light from the Palomar® will damage the desired target and the body will "heal" itself, making the target lighter.

Typically results take 3 to 5 sessions, one month apart.  A free consultation with a Physician or Physician Assistant at Skin Beautiful will give you an idea of how many treatments you may need. 

Skin Rejuvenation is virtually painless. In most cases, there is no down time after treatment. Treatments can easily be done during lunch hours.
